Trying (Grape) Wine [Alcoholic Beverage] (for me, the non-drinker)

Trying grape wine or Wine and see what it taste like. I did try some non-alcoholic version of it but I forgotten how it taste so whatever. I did mention I sip wine before but during those time I was not paying attention so whatever as well. Wine is probably the only one I did more research on of the alcoholic beverage because I was looking for what to give as present for a family member who work in this industry but enough of that.

I will stated what I personally taste what these alcoholic beverage taste like and not from anyone else. These try/taste is for myself and not anyone. My body, my taste preference.

Here some layman information about (grape) Wine:
  • Truthfully all (grape) wine are blended; however they are not officially consider blended if  they are from a single variety of grape with a vintage labeled.
  • Non-Vintage wine are always blended
  • There are "Named" blend that the wine world will recognized just by the name alone (Vintage or Non-Vintage).
  • Non-Vintage wine are either inexpensive wine or a "Named" blend wine.
  • Blend wine are either "a single variety of grape from different vintage year" and/or "different variety of grape with one variety of grape as the majority".

Afterthought (After Tasting #1-16) [02/04/17]: The first question I ask myself/yourself are "Is is bitter (grape wine)?" The answer to that question after trying some are both "yes" and "no", let me explain. First off after trying other alcoholic beverage before this type of alcoholic beverage test, I realize that I have  moderate to high bitter tolerance. With that be stated, when I first try (grape) wine it taste bitter. It only after trying a few more time (taste test x-amount) that I become immune to it and the bitter taste disappear and some other flavor appear. It depend on your bitterness tolerance and how long it will take from x-amount of sample before you will become immune to the bitterness. Once gone, it will mostly be gone from the flavor. Unlike all my other previous alcoholic beverages taste tests (on other blog post) which are have an ingredient that make it bitter. OK enough of that; I neither dislike it or like it, but I can tolerate it (grape wine). Unlike sake (Japanese Rice Wine) which I can clearly stated I don't enjoy it, this (grape wine) I can tolerate it. If I have to say I have a preference of what grape wine I would prefer, that would be that they would have a moderate strength in term flavor factor and/or have fruity like flavor. The one that have this (one of my preference of choices) on my taste test are: #1, #3, #4, #8, #10, #11, #12, and #14. Grape wine to me at less taste either funky or like grape flavored medicine.
