Talk about "MythBusters: The Search" the TV Series "Episode 8" [Final Episode]

Just like last time I would not give detail spoiler of the episode, I would just talk about it.

With 4 remaining contestants, they also did two myth on this episode. Following the same pattern as last time; the 1st myth they did as a teams while the 2nd myth they were judge as individual.

This is the Final Episode where they will select the next generation of Mythbusters. It was only "live" when they announce the winner of who the next Mythbusters, it was not "live" when they prerecord the Episode 8.

The Next Generation of Mythbusters are: Brain and Jon.

Note to Self: I may post/blog in later blog on each Episode (Maybe, because there no wiki info on it as of yet).

Talk about "MythBusters: The Search" the TV Series "Episode 7"

Just like last time I would not give detail spoiler of the episode, I would just talk about it.

With 5 remaining contestants, they also did two myth on this episode. Following the same pattern as last time; the 1st myth they did it in teams while the 2nd myth they were judge as individual.

This episode when the person that got voted out/kick out/judge out, they did not needed to explain why they got kick out. The TV Narrator however did explain or a possible reason to us (the viewer) why that person was pick. Before the person left (the person that got voted out) the TV host "hinted" that they might "return". Now there are 4 remaining contestant on the Show left.

"The Final" is on the next episode next Saturday on the Science Channel.

Talk about "MythBusters: The Search" the TV Series "Episode 6"

Just like last time I would not give detail spoiler of the episode, I would just talk about it.

With 6 remaining contestants, they also did two myth on this episode. Following the same pattern as last time; the 1st myth they did it in teams while the 2nd myth they were judge as individual.

The person that got voted out/kick out/judge out this time with reason stated: "Lack of Collaboration" based on all the all the myth done so far including this episode. Now there are 5 remaining contestant on the Show.

This episode 2nd myth I believes could happen in real life because of the size of those small plane. If smallest enough it could only fits two people on the plane; One pilot and One passenger equal two person only plane, if the pilot is unable to fly in mid-flight then that situation portray in this episode could happen unlike the the myth done by Jamie and Adam on a large airliner where there a pilot and a co-pilot.

What I think of OR see in the remaining Six contestants on "MythBusters: The Search"

After Episode 5, six contestants still remain on "MythBusters: The Search". Now I'm going describe in my opinion how I see the remaining contestants throughout the five episodes.

Brain

What stand out for me on Brain is that he not afraid to give an opinion whether it's bad build and in needed to scrape or why a build didn't work like they planned.

Martin

Martin seem to be always in the eye of the storm of a sort. In every team build, he always proactive in giving ideas and giving a hand in the build.

Allen

The Electronic and Artist Man. If there wires and machines, he the man that does it. If there time on the build, he made something just for look.

Jon

What I see is that when excited, he will scream and become loud at the team build face off. A determined person who want to win (team battle)

Tamara

The last female contestant. What I see in her is that she is a determined and focus person. A never fail type of mind set .

Hackett

A Jack in the Box and shown individualism. Out of all the contestants include those that got eliminated, his build idea is always "out of the box" ideas for the good and the bad. He shown both good builds and bad builds. He is however is person who hard to compromise with while on the other hand he try to crack joke now and then.

People who I see that stand out for the good or to the bad (from episodes 1 thru the current episodes):
  • Brain
  • Martin
  • Hackett

The Decision Making Parts of an Amateur/Non-Drinker on Test Trying Alcoholic Beverages [Pt.1]

The decision making I have to go through when I was trying taste tests the alcoholic beverages at the time beside my budget. What did I focus on beside my budget on that type of alcoholic beverages when purchasing it?

I learn my lesson on my first try (after "Hard Cider" try) but I still need a minimum sample sizes on "Try Test", that what I tell myself and that number is "Three".

When testing, I always test it in normal room temperature (alcoholic beverages) and when selecting (purchasing) I always try to select what I believe is the original or the true pure form of that alcoholic beverages. I'm not always right but I try.

Hard Cider

You can say I didn't focus on anything on this because it was my first time "taste trying/test" and though I went a little overboard on many thing. Self lesson learn. I went all over the place from national brands to local brands. From out of state to state-only brands. While I may gone overboard, I did learn/self learn a thing or two about USA Hard Cider and it brands.

Sake (Japanese Rice Wine)

I try to focus on and get it from the country of origin (Japan) as that what I believe will have the original flavor. I may not get all the "grade" range of sake but it good enough for me.

Beer

I focus on the different beer style to a bare minimum as I can.

Wine (Grape)

I try to focus on the at least a single grape variety even if it blended and because I research more on this (grape) wine, I narrow it down to at least one in each group such as sparking wine, white wine (light), white wine (full), etc...

Talk about "MythBusters: The Search" the TV Series "Episode 5"

Just like last time I would not give detail spoiler of the episode, I would just talk about it.

With 6 remaining contestants, they also did two myth on this episode. Following the same pattern as last time; the 1st myth they did it in teams while the 2nd myth they were judge as individual.

No person was eliminated this week, the number of contestants remain the same.

On this episode we get to see two important things; people bending the rule of the myth build for the first time and people leading a hand on building the myth build on the other team when they finish building their own rig early. Good episode.

Talk about "MythBusters: The Search" the TV Series "Episode 4"

Just like last time I would not give detail spoiler of the episode, I would just talk about it.

With 7 remaining contestants, they also did two myth on this episode. Following the same pattern as last time; the 1st myth they did it in teams while the 2nd myth they were judge as individual.

The person that got voted out/kick out/judge out this time with reason stated: "Lack of Build Skills". Now there are 6 remaining contestant on the Show.

On the 1st myth they "Confirm" what was "Busted" from the original Mythbusters, while on the other hand the 2nd myth this time was very interesting. The previous three episode on the 2nd myth are just dumb and lack of timing and planning to make look more interesting. That my opinion.

The question this time for myself is how many "Host" are they looking for? Two? Three? Four? or Five? It can't be "One" because they always need helping hand to build stuff. I may think it "Two" just like the original Mythbusters when they just started.
